Opening hours: 9 am – 8 pm

• Treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation;
• In case of cancellation on the same day, we reserve the right to charge the amount;
• If they are booked earlier, they are subject to the availability of the therapists and facilities;
• Access to the spa is free, however, appointments are required. Spa use periods are 50 minutes;
• To use the pool, it is mandatory to wear a bathing suit, cap and flip-flops;
• Rinoterra provides a towel, bathrobe and slippers;
• It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool;
• It is not allowed to jump, run, dive or take any type of object into the pool;
• It is forbidden to take glass objects to the spa;
• You can have tea and coffee only in the living room, which is located at the entrance to the spa;
• Forbidden to enter with electronic devices in the pool area;
• The use of jewelry and valuables is not recommended;
• Rinoterra does not assume any responsibility for constraints or accidents resulting from misuse or failure to comply with safety rules;
• Pregnancy situations, medical restrictions or other situations must be communicated to the therapist who will perform the treatments;
• The Spa is a place of well-being and relaxation that requires silence in order to enjoy the space, so people who do not respect it will not be able to stay;
• Rinoterra reserves the right to interrupt and refuse the continuation of the contracted service, in case of need for maintenance, cleaning or any other relevant reason;
• In the changing rooms and the swimming pool area, the use of flip-flops is mandatory. At the entrance to the Spa, there is an area for changing shoes and coat hangers;
• Rinoterra does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of personal effects. All valuables must be left in the rooms.
• Couple treatments are not performed at the same time.
